       Q?1:  I purchased a Paramount 6 Port Module 004-302-4408, why was it wet when I opened the package?

     A.    Paramount water tests each module before it arrives at our location, your item was wet because we sent it out so fast it didn’t have time to dry.

         

          Q?2:       What shipping service do you use?

            A.    We usually use UPS Ground (which takes 3-5 days in transit)to   ship our items.  If your item is small and will fit into an envelope, we will use USPS.

         

          Q?3:       Where do you ship from?

          A.    We can ship from several locations around the country; our main location that we ship from is Gilbert Arizona.  We will ship from the most strategic warehouse around the country to get you your order as fast as possible.

 

         Q?4:   I can’t find the item I’m looking for; can you help me find it?

            A.    We may not have the item you’re looking for listed online, but can usually get anything you need for your pool.  If you would like us to find you something special or hard to find, you may contact us through e-mail rick@webpoolsupply.com or by calling 855-646-8461. 

 

          Q?5:   My order says “Awaiting Fulfillment” what does that me?

                 A. “Awaiting Fulfillment” means that your order is still in its processing stage. Your order status will change as soon as we have a tracking number to attach to the item.
